When you purchase an article on our website you have the possibility to return the item within 72 hours, with prior authorization, as long as the item's packaging is unseen. The return costs will be paid by the customer.

Instructions to make a Return

Within a period not exceeding 72 hours from the receipt of the order, the customer may contact UTOPIUX to request the return of the product. UTOPIUX will send you a return form that the client will fill out and send back to UTOPIUX. Within a period not exceeding 24 hours, the client will be informed of the acceptance or rejection of the return. In case of acceptance, the label format will be sent to add to the package and proceed to its shipping at the expense of the customer.

Once the article has been received and the agreement has been verified, the amount will be paid by the same channel for which the customer made the payment.

Return process in the portal

1. You must go to My account > Order History and Details.

2. In the Order History we will have to display the Details of the order in which you wish to make a return.

3. We select the product/ s that we want to return.

4. Click on the button Make an RMA return ticket.

5. You must indicate the reason for the return.

6. To check the status of a refund, you can go to My account > My Merchandise Returns.
